What you'll be up to:
As the Head of Marketing reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic, multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives that drive growth, maximise ROI, and align with business objectives. The role requires a hands-on, strategic leader with strong experience in brand strategy, performance measurement, and end-to-end campaign delivery in a fast-paced environment. The position champions innovation, customer experience, and cross-functional collaboration. In addition you will also:

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of the QMS marketing and go-to-market strategy

Drive strategic and tactical marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities

Own all aspects of campaign execution, including design, testing, and implementation

Monitor performance and report results with executive-level insights and ROI analysis

Initiate and lead key marketing and cross-functional projects

Lead day-to-day operations and set the operating rhythm of the marketing function

Define clear KPIs and development goals, providing ongoing feedback and performance reviews

Oversee training, coaching, and performance management of team members

Manage the annual marketing budget in partnership with the CMO

Own and maintain relationships with key suppliers across media, creative, print, and digital channels
What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related business discipline
-
5+ years’ experience in multi-faceted marketing roles
-
3+ years’ experience in a senior marketing leadership role

Essential experience in the out-of-home or media industry
-
Strong communication and presentation skills

Proven leadership and people management experience

Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity

Commercially minded, with experience in budgeting, measurement, and demonstrating ROI

Strategic, innovative thinker with the ability to execute at pace

Influential leader who brings teams and stakeholders together

Proactive, analytical problem-solver with a hands-on mindset
