About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Growth Marketing to lead the global growth strategy and customer acquisition initiatives.
This role is responsible for driving scalable growth across all digital channels by integrating performance marketing, paid media, social media strategy, conversion optimisation, data analytics, and regional marketing execution.
Working closely with Product, CRM, Sales, Data, Technology, Compliance, and Executive Leadership, the Head of Growth Marketing will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, improve marketing efficiency, and support TMGM's long-term global expansion.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
At least 5 years of leadership experience managing regional or global marketing teams.
Proven experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Online Trading, Forex, CFDs, Crypto, or other high-growth digital industries.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DSPs, Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, or similar marketing platforms.
Deep understanding of digital acquisition, attribution, paid media optimisation, and marketing analytics.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience leading multi-region marketing teams.
Familiarity with financial products, online trading platforms, and global brokerage markets.
Strong understanding of marketing technology (MarTech), attribution modelling, and customer analytics.
