The Opportunity

In this strategic role, you will be at the helm of our digital transformation initiatives. Your mission will be to enhance the functionality and performance of our partner websites, setting new benchmarks for the industry. You will craft and execute digital strategies that drive significant growth in organic site traffic and optimize conversion rates. Leveraging the latest in AI technology, you will enhance user interactions and elevate the online student experience to new heights.

As a leader, you will foster collaboration across diverse teams, integrating efforts with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure that digital enhancements align with our overarching business goals. Your expertise will also guide the expansion and refinement of digital communication channels, including the introduction of innovative web chat and asynchronous messaging solutions.

Who We Need:

  • An experienced digital strategist with over 15 years in web performance, including at least 5 years in leadership, ready to guide a team towards groundbreaking digital solutions.
  • A proven track record in enhancing website functionality and engagement, with a strong grasp of SEO, UX, and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-channel digital strategies.
  • Educational background in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
