We're now hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our demand generation performance. This is a hands-on, performance-first role at the centre of our FY26/27 growth strategy.
What you'll do
- Drive a step-change in marketing-sourced pipeline through high performing demand programmes and better lead quality.
- Sharpen lead scoring, nurture, segmentation, and SDR handoff to make the funnel more efficient.
- Build AI into everyday marketing workflows to improve speed, personalisation, and performance.
- Optimise channel mix, conversion rates, campaign structure, and targeting to cut cost without dropping quality.
- Establish a steady experimentation rhythm — clear hypotheses, tracking, and learning loops tied to revenue.
What success looks like
You'll own the numbers. Within your first year, you'll be clearly accountable for pipeline performance, with AI-enabled improvements across the funnel and stronger alignment between Marketing and Sales. You'll grow marketing-sourced pipeline year on year, lift monthly MQL and SQL volume, and reduce the cost of each qualified lead.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments, with real ownership of demand generation.
- Hands-on with HubSpot and Salesforce. Comfortable with GA4, attribution tools, and campaign platforms.
- AI-native — you use AI as genuine operating leverage, not novelty.
- Commercially wired and outcome driven. You're comfortable owning a target and making decisions anchored in cost and revenue.
- A growth mindset and a bias to ship. You want accountability, not a maintenance role.
