What you'll do:

Cartology is recruiting for a Group Sales Manager to lead a consortium agency portfolio. You will work closely with agencies to leverage the Woolworths data offering and Cartology retail out of home network, providing a positive customer service experience to ensure campaign objectives are met and revenue targets achieved.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative self-starter with at least 8 years experience in OOH and/or digital advertising sales or relevant business development leadership function. Cartology is looking for an inspirational team player capable of working within a fast paced and demanding environment.

You will play a critical role in supporting our ambition to become a tier 1 media business and help unlock the value of Cartology’s unique data and effectiveness position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent revenue growth through robust quarterly and annual business planning.
  • Drive advertising revenue via data-led marketing solutions for endemic and non-endemic partners
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to generate incremental revenue.
  • Negotiate and manage profitable partnership contracts.
  • Lead agency and client engagement, developing and presenting high-value strategic proposals.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

What you'll bring

  • Extensive experience in advertising sales and/or relevant business development leadership function.
  • Strong sales experience with proven ability to drive revenue results.
  • Knowledge of and existing relationships at senior level across media agencies.
  • Ability to develop strategic business plans to grow agency engagement to deliver strong revenue growth.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
