Group Investment Director - PMG

About the Role:

Reporting into the Head of Investment, the role of Group Investment Director will lead the investment operations across 3 key client teams working closely with the Account & Digital Directors to ensure overall investment excellence across all channels. This role is a full time, permanent opportunity.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead operations for your client group and ensure delivery of traditional media channel implementation, and assist in the integration of digital media
• Budget management, forecasting and reporting within team
• Build strong relationships with media vendors to maintain strong market knowledge, first access to media properties/opportunities & unlock incremental value
• Identify relevant proactive opportunities that ladder into client business goals
• Lead and support key client negotiations ensuring this delivers to key client KPI’s
• Lead the effective merchandising of media investment outcomes and outputs
• Work alongside the leadership team in further developing the overall media investment product and offering
• Drive a positive profile of both the agency and our clients in your dealings with the media and creative agencies

Skills and Experience:

• At least 10 years’ experience working within media investment in an agency, media vendor or similar organisation
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities
• A strong attention to detail and ability to simplify the complex
• Natural leader who is supportive of helping grow careers and capabilities in everyone within our growing team
