As the kaitiaki of 25+ facilities in Tauranga Moana, we proudly offer a range of activities and experiences intended to put a smile on the dial of our community.

About the role:

• High Energy: Demonstrates enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Customer-Focused: Prioritizes the needs and satisfaction of customers. This involves active listening, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Exhibits thoroughness and precision in tasks, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors.
• Warm, Friendly, Welcoming: Creates a positive and inviting atmosphere, making others feel valued and comfortable.

About you:

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Flexibility to work during café hours: the café will be open seven days so shifts could be weekend or weekdays.
