Job Description
Strategic Planning & Product Leadership
Develop and drive end-to-end strategies to acquire new wealth customers, with sharp customer targeting across Treasury, FX products. Lead the end-to-end feature lifecycle, from strategy and business case development to build oversight, go-to-market execution, and adoption tracking. Assess revenue opportunities for new feature development within the wealth business and continuously enhance digital sales propositions to achieve business targets. Translate business challenges into clear action plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes. Review business requirements, process flows, and solution recommendations to ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational needs. Bring a structured and creative approach to problem-solving, recommend practical solutions, and proactively drive implementation with stakeholders.
Go-to-Market Execution & Performance Management
Partner with Marketing and Wealth Product teams to plan and execute digital wealth feature launches and customer campaigns. Own feature performance and customer experience by driving adoption, resolving customer issues, and managing system incidents effectively. Deliver Digital Wealth sales outcomes, including customer acquisition and transaction growth, through strong commercial execution. Continuously enhance the proposition by translating customer insights, data trends, and market findings into actionable improvements. Manage regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital wealth features remain compliant and well-governed.
Role Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in wealth product management within a financial institution or fintech, with strong exposure to the Digital Wealth space. Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical mindset with sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills. Excellent written communication skills, with experience preparing business cases, campaign strategy plans, presentations, and management reports. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams. Passion for digital innovation and a strong belief in the transformative impact on customer experiences and financial services.
