Field Marketing Manager, APAC

Nayax China is looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Field Marketing Manager, APAC, to support and execute marketing activities across the Asia-Pacific region – including Greater China, Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

This role is ideal for a strong marketer who combines excellent communication skills, creativity, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with regional sales teams, partners, and global marketing functions to execute campaigns, manage events, localize content, and drive lead generation across multiple APAC markets.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced global environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Execute regional marketing plans aligned with APAC business objectives and growth targets – including Positioning & GTM narrative development, launch execution and feedback loop.
  • Support demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, customer events, webinars, roadshows, and partner activities across APAC.
  • Coordinate event logistics, booth branding, marketing materials, lead management, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Localize global campaigns, content, and product messaging for regional markets with maximum relevance.
  • Develop marketing assets including presentations, brochures, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, videos and social media content, ensure all collateral reflects local cultural contexts and industry specific needs while adhering to global brand guideline standards.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to support pipeline generation and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Synchronize marketing activities with sales motions, pipeline priorities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Work with partners and distributors to execute joint marketing activities and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, designers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Manage marketing requests from local markets and ensure alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Track campaign and event performance on engagement and pipeline impact and provide regular reporting and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support PR activities, customer success stories, media opportunities, and regional communication initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams including Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, Design, PR, and Sales Enablement to ensure consistent execution across the region.
  • Conduct ongoing research into APAC industry trends and evolving competitive dynamics.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, Product Marketing, or Regional Marketing - ideally.
  • Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, payments, retail technology, IoT, or related industries is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing events, trade shows, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams in a lead-generation and revenue-driven environment.
  • Understanding of APAC markets with a proven track record of working across diverse cultures or global organization is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (written and verbal)
  • Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across different cultures, countries, and time zones.
  • Creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or reseller networks is a plus.
  • Japanese language proficiency is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage due to the strategic importance of the Japanese market.
