- Lead and manage Late Night Live
- Ongoing, full-time position
- Location: Ultimo, Sydney
- Base salary: $120K
- Lead vision and production for Late Night Live across radio and digital.
- Generate engaging, original program ideas.
- Implement strategies to grow audiences.
- Maintain editorial and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and ensure team commitment.
- Oversee budgets and rosters within annual limits.
- Mentor junior team members in skills development.
- Manage digital presence on the website and podcast apps to expand audience reach.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Creative leadership in designing and producing engaging radio programs.
- Strong editorial skills with knowledge of current affairs.
- Ability to produce sophisticated briefs on complex topics.
- Effective team management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Expertise in live studio directing and stakeholder management.
- Excellent administrative skills, including budget management.
- Commitment to sourcing diverse, authentic content and a proven network across the Australian community.

The Role
Radio National is looking for a talented and highly motivated Executive Producer to lead and oversee the editorial direction of Late Night Live on whatever platform the program appears and manage the team of Late Night Live content makers. The role will be based in Ultimo, Sydney.
