EUC & Digital Workplace Specialist

The Opportunity

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences? We’re looking for a motivated and customer focused specialist to join our Digital Services Team in a permanent, full-time onsite role based in Parramatta.

Reporting to the Local EUC & Digital Workplace Lead, you’ll be the face of Digital Services, delivering hands on support and driving technology excellence. This is a highly visible, customer focused position where your impact will be felt across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless, customer centric Tech Bar experience, supporting Level 1 & 2 IT issues
  • Enhance endpoint management and maintain compliance with Essential 8 and CIS standards
  • Provide AV concierge support for meeting rooms, video conferencing, and digital signage
  • Drive continuous service improvement across EUC & Digital Workplace services
  • Manage hardware assets and stock control effectively
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring security and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve engagement and productivity

About You

You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people. Ideally, you bring:

  • Strong experience in End User Computing (EUC) and maintaining high security standards
  • Knowledge of SOE, Intune, Microsoft Defender, O365, AV systems, and mobility solutions
  • A track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
