What you will be working on

You will support Digital Services & Products (DSP) Product Team across engagement, survey and UX work for digital products and services. Tasks will be assigned based on team priorities, product needs and the stage of each product in the roadmap. You may be involved in:

  • Engagement, Marketing and Survey Support
  • Support engagement plans to improve awareness, adoption and usage of DSP-managed digital products and services
  • Prepare marketing and engagement materials, including visual assets, digital content, feature explainers and survey forms
  • Assist in running surveys, collecting user feedback and summarising findings
  • Support campaign rollouts across digital platforms, social media, in-library touchpoints or other relevant channels
  • Review engagement, survey and user feedback data to identify possible improvement areas
  • UX Design, Research and Discovery Support
  • Support UX research and discovery activities, including user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping and feedback synthesis
  • Create simple wireframes, mockups and design materials to support UX discussions and product improvements
  • Assist in documenting user needs, pain points, findings and recommendations
  • Support product teams in translating user insights into possible improvements

What we are looking for

Open to students from all disciplines; students with a background in Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences or related disciplines are particularly encouraged to apply. Strong interest in digital services, user engagement, product adoption and user experience design. Creative mindset with basic design skills. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, Microsoft Forms, FormSG or similar tools. Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams. Comfortable working with survey responses, user feedback and basic engagement data. Curious about user needs and able to translate observations into clear findings. Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on agreed timelines.

Duration: Minimum 12 to 24 weeks, with longer option preferred jobs.careers.gov.sg
