Job Description

For our e-commerce enabler business unit, SILKEN Asia, we are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Associate to join our team in Bangkok (Phra Khanong area). You will be part of the builder team of our client's online storefronts, ensuring every product is listed perfectly, optimized for search, and ready for satisfying end customers. You will also a key point of reference for our clients and sellers in understanding how to operate at the best on marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Listing & Management: Upload and maintain product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, other store platforms, and brand websites.
  • Content Localization: Adapt product titles, descriptions, and keywords into Thai/English to ensure they are SEO-friendly and culturally relevant.
  • Price & Promotion Setup: Execute price changes, vouchers, and flash sale setups accurately according to the campaign calendar.
  • Stock Syncing: Monitor and update inventory levels across platforms to prevent overselling.
  • Quality Control: Audit store pages daily to ensure images, links, and technical specs are functioning correctly.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the Graphic Design and Account Management teams to get the right assets for new launches.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 0–2 years of experience (Fresh grads are welcome!).
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Seller Centres (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) is a massive plus.
Detail Obsessed: You notice a typo from a mile away and hate broken links.
Language: Fluent in Thai; good command of English (for internal reporting and brand communication).
Resilience: Comfortable with the fast-paced nature of an agency and the "Double Day" (e.g., 9.9, 10.10) peak periods.
