E-commerce Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities

Own end-to-end eCommerce data management, including data integration, transformation, visualization, and analysis.
Generate actionable insights across key business domains (e.g., consumer, customer, digital, and commercial performance) to support data-driven decision making.
Partner with Business and IT teams to develop, enhance, and maintain data analytics solutions using visualization tools e.g., Power BI.
Manage and maintain data infrastructure and databases, ensuring data accuracy, stability, and availability for daily operations.
Proactively identify data issues, troubleshoot system problems, and implement timely fixes to ensure business continuity.
Support cross-functional projects by delivering analytics outputs, dashboards, and reports aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
Solid experience in data analytics, data visualization, and data integration, Ecom related preferred.
Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., PySpark).
Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
Basic understanding of project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate data insights into business impact.
Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
