Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Driver Branding Specialist to join our company. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our brand strategy across various channels and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of branding initiatives in a defined country or area.
  • This is an entry level management role focused on driving branded driver acquisition, retention, and activity while coordinating with marketing agencies and internal teams.
  • The Specialist supports local branding operations and contributes to KPI achievement under the guidance of a Manager or Team lead Support for Local Branding Operations Execute branding campaigns and daily tasks in coordination with marketing agencies and call centers to support branding KPIs.
  • Marketing KPI Achievement and Brand Visibility Execute initiatives to increase brand visibility and awareness, contributing to organic user growth through branded vehicles and other visibility tools.
  • Branded Driver Acquisition, Retention, and Activation Drive programs to acquire new branded drivers, retain existing ones, and increase activity levels by leveraging available tools and coordinating operational campaigns.
  • Vendor Coordination Assistance Support communication with agency teams and ensure tasks are aligned with operational plans.
  • Cross functional Collaboration Interact with internal stakeholders such as HQ streams, marketing, driver ops, and marketplace efficiency to address issues and align tasks.
  • Basic Reporting and Monitoring Track basic metrics related to branding operations and support reporting needs using spreadsheets.
  • Operational Discipline Ensure that activities are executed on time and in line with process guidelines provided by the Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience Bachelors degree (preferred) in business, marketing, economics, or related fields. Experience in marketing, ride hailing, operations, or customer engagement is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills Experience in Excel/Google Sheets for analyzing data and basic reporting. Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Project Coordination Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize appropriately, and consistently meet deadlines while delivering high quality work.
  • Cross Functional Communication Effective communication skills for working collaboratively with various internal teams and external agencies, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals and processes.
  • Problem Solving Abilities Capacity to identify operational issues, analyze root causes clearly, and propose practical solutions effectively.
  • Presentation and Reporting Skills Competent in preparing and presenting clear, concise reports to different stakeholders, providing relevant insights and updates on branding performance.
  • Proactive and Results Oriented Demonstrates proactive initiative, taking responsibility for achieving targets, identifying opportunities for improvement, and actively contributing to process enhancements.
