Digital Solutions Manager

Digital Solutions strategy and ecosystem capability building:

• Develop and continuously refine Pall China’s overall Digital Solutions strategy, ensuring strong alignment with business growth objectives.
• Continuously optimize the digital marketing ecosystem (Digital Ecosystem). Leverage platforms such as Marketing Automation and SFDC to systematically integrate online channels including digital media, the corporate website, and e-commerce, and continuously improve ROI.
• Establish and scale the operating model that connects digital marketing to e-commerce, enabling the e-commerce business and continuously improving processes.

Drive continuous demand generation and high-quality leads through digital channels:

• Plan and manage digital channels such as SEM, vertical industry media, KOLs, and webinars; develop channel-appropriate online promotion plans based on different campaign objectives.
• Build and maintain a vertical media pool, continuously optimizing the media mix to improve lead quality.
• Own the maintenance and application of the Marketing Automation platform, including campaign architecture, customer journey design, and database nurturing—enabling more efficient data management and operations.

E-commerce planning and management:

• Develop and execute Pall China’s e-commerce development roadmap; optimize e-commerce operating processes and user experience; and build a closed-loop linkage with digital promotions and demand generation programs.
• Manage different e-commerce platforms (e.g., iPall, MRO, JD, 1688) to ensure consistency in overall e-commerce strategy and execution.
• Track and analyze key e-commerce KPIs and continuously optimize based on business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience; experience in industrial e-commerce is a plus. Strong end-to-end understanding and hands-on experience in digital marketing, Marketing Automation, lead management, and e-commerce, with a business-oriented mindset. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to independently lead projects and drive deliverables to completion. Results-driven with strong analytical skills; able to adjust and optimize business execution based on data insights.
