Digital Service Manager
岗位职责:
- 及时响应客户提出的服务需求,通过远程方式为客户诊断故障原因,并远程解决或跟进现场至问题解决;
- 通过远程数据洞察为客户提供主动服务,提升客户满意度;
- 为集团客户或区域、门店定期提供远程直播培训;
- 通过远程数据分析,协同大客户销售(如有)向客户做业务回顾,提升客户保有率,促进业务增长。
任职要求:
- 大专及以上学历;
- 具有良好的沟通技巧,高度的责任心及数据分析的能力;
- 有较好的客户服务意识;
- 在餐饮行业有工作经验者优先考虑;
- 在设备维护方面有一定的经验者优先考虑。
