What you'll do
- Deliver and manage all stages of Cartology’s advertising campaigns across our Digital Screens (DOOH/ROOH) and Radio (ISR) networks.
- Guide and mentor a team of delivery executives, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Proactively identify key areas for improvement within internal delivery processes and implement solutions.
- Proactively partner with Cartology Product team to drive forward innovation of Screens and Radio product
- Partner with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including Cartology Sales, Campaign and Operations teams, Third-Party Verification Partners, Commercial teams, Woolworths In-store Marketing teams and Centre Partners to maintain the ongoing accuracy of all campaigns delivered through the CMS portal.
- Manage vendor relationships, streamline processes, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
What you'll bring
- Relevant experience in digital out of home and radio, preferably in a media owner organisation.
- Technical capability in relevant media scheduling and inventory systems, e.g Ayuda (preferred), Broadsign, Advendio/Salesforce
- Growth & agile mindset
- Experience working in sales & customer-centric working environments, including liaison with a broad range of internal stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations to internal teams and clients, and to senior leaders.
- Ability to lead and manage a team including development conversations, culture leadership, and alignment and motivation.
