Digital Retention and Engagement Coordinator

Paramount Home Entertainment division oversees Paramount Global’s transactional digital distribution (EST, VOD and PVOD) and physical media (DVD, Blu-ray & UHD) activities worldwide.  This division is responsible for the sales, marketing, and distribution of home entertainment content on behalf of Paramount Pictures, Miramax, CBS, Showtime, MTV, BET, Comedy Central, Nick Jr., Nickelodeon and more.  

 

 

This is a permanent full-time role based in SYDNEY. 

 

Purpose of the role:    

 

Paramount is offering an exciting opportunity for a Digital Retention and Engagement Coordinator to join our team.

 

As the Braze platform expert, you’ll play a pivotal role in engaging our 4.3 million contactable users. Working closely with the Customer Journey Manager, Marketing Analyst, Head of Marketing, and National Campaign Marketing Manager, you will drive the execution of all owned digital marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end 10 Play campaign builds, maintaining regular communications, and ensuring the seamless delivery of owned communications across platforms.

 

Functions will also include:   

 

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Braze campaigns—from content alignment to live deployment.

  • Oversee approvals, stakeholder management, and pre/post-live quality audits for owned communications.

  • Manage campaign builds, updates, and reporting (weekly BAU, ad hoc post-campaign, etc.).

  • Ensure all owned communications comply with local laws, regulations, and Paramount’s Global Business Conduct Statement (BCS).

 

Platform & Technical Management

  • Own the Braze platform for digital marketing deliverables across all campaigns.

  • Maintain and enhance Braze functionalities to support marketing objectives.

  • Stay up to date with new Braze features and make strategic recommendations in collaboration with the Braze account success team.

  • Utilize Branch (mobile measurement platform) to enhance app-driven user journeys and paid attribution strategies.

 

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Partner with the Customer Journey Manager and Marketing Analyst on key initiatives.

  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Content, Product teams, media agencies, and external partners to ensure timely campaign execution.

  • Support the Melbourne Marketing Manager with 10 Play competitions, including briefing design, managing communications, overseeing terms and conditions, and handling prize fulfillment.

  • Assist the Marketing team on additional projects as needed.

 

 

This is what we’re looking for: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, OR a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, engagement, or general marketing.

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team player mindset.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred (but not essential):

  • Experience with Braze (or a similar Customer Engagement Platform).

  • Familiarity with Branch (or a similar Mobile Measurement Platform).
