Digital Product Delivery Lead

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Product Delivery Lead.
In this role you will:

• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and ways of working to improve delivery efficiency, operational effectiveness, and customer outcomes (within governance and control requirements).
• Own and drive delivery for key digital platform initiatives across WPB Hong Kong, from roadmap to release and adoption—delivery predictability and outcomes are the priority.
• Provide strong stakeholder management across business and technology, proactively managing expectations, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders (including ExCo-level and regional/global partners where relevant) with clear, concise updates, options, and recommendations.
• Apply creative thinking and structured problem-solving to remove bottlenecks, simplify processes, and unlock value—balancing innovation with resilience and risk management.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps/SRE, product, change) to deliver measurable results at pace.
• Improve delivery maturity (Agile/Lean, DevSecOps, automation, release governance) to increase throughput while improving quality and resilience.
• Embed robust governance, risk management, and controls to deliver safely in a regulated environment.
• Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric delivery.
• Delivery outcomes are predictable, transparent, and aligned to WPB priorities, with clear milestones and benefits realisation.
• Senior stakeholders are aligned on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs; risks and issues are surfaced early with options to resolve.
• Platform stability, performance, and security improve while change throughput increases.
• AI-enabled improvements deliver measurable efficiency gains and/or better customer outcomes (e.g., reduced cycle time, fewer incidents, improved straight-through processing).
• Teams are engaged, well-led, and continuously improving.

To be successful you will need:

• Strong relationship management and communication skills, able to influence at all levels, including senior stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrable stakeholder management capability across business, technology, and control functions, with a track record of driving alignment and decisions.
• Strategic thinking and proven decision-making ability, balancing pace, risk, and customer outcomes.
• Experience in managing complex projects and delivering successful outcomes, with delivery discipline and a bias to execution.
• Collaborative leadership style, inspiring and motivating teams across functions and locations.
• Relevant experience on complex projects across countries or regions, managing cross-border dependencies.
• Ability to challenge and provide alternative solutions, and put forward recommendations / take decisions based on the information available.
• Creative, analytical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on efficiency, simplification, and value creation for customers and the bank.
• Working knowledge of AI/automation concepts and their application in technology delivery and operations (e.g., intelligent automation, AI-assisted engineering, analytics-driven decisioning), with an ability to translate opportunities into governed delivery outcomes.
