Digital Platform Manager

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Platform Manager.
In this role you will:

  • Responsible as the Health Platform Manager for the Health Platforms covering the INS Mobile HealthyLife App, and other Health Platforms
  • Formulate the Platforms strategy that will deliver value across the key operating activities that span across optimisation & servicing, internal & external user experience and customer usage & growth
  • Responsible for defining the Platforms roadmap and driving related platform initiatives, features and functions ensuring alignment with local and global stakeholders.
  • Lead large scale cross functional projects, initiatives from inception to execution through strong coordination with local, regional and global stakeholders.
  • Lead continuous optimisation and modernisation of platforms including legacy systems uplift, decommissioning and launch of new features.
  • Creation of robust business cases to support new initiatives across the Platforms.
  • Drive performance and adoption of the features on the Platforms by working closely with Insurance stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach and executing change at pace.
  • Seeks opportunities to integrate, simplify and streamline activity through involvement of teams in the geographic and functional matrix.
  • Ensure regular and positive engagement with key support functions such as Risk, Product, Compliance, Operations and Technology to ensure alignment of policies and plans necessary.
  • Management and ownership of platform stability, ongoing maintenance of platforms, production issues, ensuring issues are resolved timely.

To be successful you will need:

  • Prior platform management or related experience
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex initiatives at scale and leading & collaborating cross functional teams to achieve delivery outcomes
  • Strong understanding of the platform management framework with a focus on platform strategy, vision, roadmap and execution
  • Strong understanding of platforms with a focus on usability and performance including technical, commercial and user considerations
  • Proven ability to foster strong collaboration across local and global stakeholders in driving initiatives
  • Strong strategic thinker & problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity and balance delivery constraints, user needs and trade-offs
  • Passionate, driven with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership in delivering outcomes in complex and fast paced environments
  • Experience in agile practices and methodologies, with experience in a scale agile environment
