Full Time Opportunity
As the Digital Performance Specialist, you will support the growth of Greenstone Financial Services’ new business through optimised paid media performance across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google.
This role will play a key part in scaling our new growth initiative, V3, a creative-led strategy focused on rapid testing, high-volume asset production, and continuous experimentation to drive stronger conversion performance.
Reporting to the Digital Performance Manager, you will contribute to campaign optimisation, performance analysis, and market insights, helping to identify winning creative concepts quickly and improve overall ROAS. You’ll work collaboratively within a fast-paced team, supporting advanced experimentation strategies that deliver measurable impact to Greenstone’s revenue outcomes.
What are we looking for?
- 1-2 years past experience in a comparable role
- Solid understanding of Meta Platform and lead generation via Social networks
- Solid understanding of SEM best practices across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (inc. presentation skills)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to brand business objectives
- Creative strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach where collaboration is key
- High attention to detail around creative and QA reviews
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to confidently build relationships and present and report to clients
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, organise, prioritise and structure workload
- Able to thrive in a team environment where collaboration is key
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients or stakeholders
- Demonstrates a passion to learn and grow within the digital marketing space, and new developments in this area
Desirable:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- JIRA or similar project / task management software
