About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer with deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot Marketing and Content Hubs. You’ll lead the planning, execution and continuous optimisation of multi-channel campaigns—spanning email, social, web and paid media. This role is central to our demand generation engine and works closely with our Head of Marketing, Sales and Content teams.
Your mission? Create demand. Capture intent. Convert pipeline.
And do it all using one of the most powerful platforms in the business HubSpot.
What You'll Be Doing
- Continuously optimise www.cyberone.security for engagement, conversion and UX using HubSpot Content Hub
- Deliver integrated campaigns across email, social, paid and webinars using HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Support Sales with lead tracking, enablement assets and campaign feedback loops using HubSpot Sales Hub
- Build and manage workflows, nurture sequences and lead scoring aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Develop dashboards, analyse performance reports and deliver actionable insight to improve ROI
- Stay current with HubSpot updates (inc. Beta Programmes), B2B trends and automation best practice
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years’ digital marketing experience in B2B environments
- HubSpot power user across Marketing Hub, Content Hub and Sales Hub
- Experience creating and reporting on multi-channel campaigns
- HubSpot certifications highly desirable (Marketing, Email, Content)
- Strong Canva, Google Analytics and CRM (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) skills
- Confident communicator and collaborator, experienced in cross-functional teams
- A love for innovation, continuous improvement and measurable results
