Digital Marketing Specialist
Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of our digital marketing strategy in China.
This role will focus on lead generation, marketing automation, and data-driven campaign management, working closely with sales, application, and global marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and improve ROI.
Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization
Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (WeChat, website, webinars, SEM, etc.)
Manage campaign timeline, content deployment, and performance tracking
Continuously improve conversion rate and campaign ROI - Lead Management & Marketing Automation
Own lead lifecycle management from acquisition to nurturing and handover
Operate and optimize CRM / SCRM / marketing automation systems
Ensure high-quality data tracking, segmentation, and pipeline visibility - Content & Channel Management
Manage digital content across platforms (WeChat, website, mini-programs, etc.)
Collaborate with application and product teams to localize and deliver value-driven content
Improve SEO/SEM and content engagement performance - Data Analysis & Insights
Track key KPIs (traffic, MQL, conversion, ROI) and generate insights
Build dashboards and reports to support campaign optimization
Provide actionable recommendations to improve digital performance - Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Application, and Global Marketing teams
Support lead follow-up process and ensure alignment between marketing and sales
Collaborate with vendors and external partners when needed
Qualifications
- Education
Bachelor’s degree or above (Marketing, Business, Science/Engineering preferred) - Experience
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing / demand generation / marketing automation
Experience in B2B or scientific/technical industry is a plus - Skills
Strong understanding of digital channels (WeChat ecosystem, SEM, webinar, etc.)
Hands-on experience with CRM / marketing automation tools
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English - Competencies
Result-oriented and proactive
Strong ownership of lead generation and conversion
Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
