岗位概述：
该岗位将负责公司云端协作平台在中国市场的整体营销策划工作，包括产品从 0 到 1 的市场进入（GTM）策略设计、落地执行与持续优化。通过系统化的市场分析、用户洞察、品牌传播与内容规划，提升目标用户群体对产品的认知度，扩大潜在用户覆盖，并推动产品在短期与长期的品牌理解与行业认知建设。 该岗位要求具备良好的市场敏感度、稳健的合规意识以及跨部门沟通协作能力，具备短期内大规模B2B产品推广经验。

主要职责：

• 市场进入（GTM）策略制定与管理
• 营销策划与品牌建设
• 潜在用户挖掘与市场洞察
• 项目管理与跨团队协作

Qualifications

本科及以上学历，市场营销、传播、管理、工程类专业优先。
5年以上 B2B相关行业市场策划经验，有从 0 到 1 的产品推广经验者优先。有SaaS相关产品或大规模B2B产品推广经验者优先。
熟悉云端产品、协作平台、数字化工具或工程软件领域者更佳。
具备系统性的营销策划能力，能独立推动策略制定与落地。
具备优秀的洞察能力、结构化思维、内容表达能力及跨团队沟通能力。
具备稳健、严谨的合规意识，确保所有市场传播行为符合中国法律法规。
