Digital Marketing Manager

The role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will take real ownership of the day-to-day running of AoFrio's digital marketing activity. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage campaigns, maintain systems, keep things moving across channels, and take pride in doing the detail well – all while operating with a high degree of autonomy.

You'll be across HubSpot campaign management, pipeline nurture, ABM execution, PPC optimisation, web-to-lead reporting, and social media execution across LinkedIn. You’ll also own the CMS and support the website to ensure ongoing performance and compliance. If you're the kind of person who genuinely enjoys the day-to-day craft of digital marketing, while bringing strong strategic thinking to your work, you'll thrive in this role.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract at 30 hours per week.

You will need:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology or complex product environments
  • Strong hands-on HubSpot skills — you know the platform well enough to build and manage campaigns, handle automation, and keep CRM data clean
  • Solid experience running paid search (PPC), SEO and digital analytics, with the ability to report on performance in a way that makes sense to the business
  • Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) — you don't need to have built a programme from scratch, but you should know how it works and be comfortable executing within one
  • Confidence operating a WordPress CMS and managing website updates with SEO best practice
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative, with the ability to clearly communicate digital performance
  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Public Relations, or equivalent experience
