The role:

As a Digital Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class digital media activation across organic and paid channels. Working closely with the Performance Director and wider team, you’ll help translate client briefs into strategic direction to create high-performing digital campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • The Digital Executive supports the Digital Manager in the delivery of organic and paid search activity for our clients.
  • This role will require you to build upon your existing foundational knowledge, honing your craft while gaining experience in strategy and interfacing with the broader media ecosystem.​
  • This role provides the opportunity to continue your exposure to all facets of Paid SEM, SEO, data & analytics applying your skills to help solve our clients’ business challenges.​
  • The focus of this role is to support the Digital Manager’s workflow and ensure the quality and accuracy of implementation of paid and organic search work for our clients.
  • Assist with the planning, implementation, and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment to the media strategy and client goals.
  • Execute and optimise performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other key platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, GA4).
  • Support with weekly and post-campaign reporting, extracting actionable insights, surfacing recommendations, and contributing to client WIPs.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and delivering against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate campaign bookings, tagging, and tracking are in place for flawless execution.

 

A Bit About You

  • You will have a thorough understanding of the SEM & SEO landscape and working knowledge of content marketing best practices and a basic understanding of the media landscape (offline and online). ​
  • You’ve had experience with campaign implementation, pacing, optimisation, and reporting in both SEO & SEM — and love working with data to tell a story.
  • You’re comfortable juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment and thrive on being organised and detail-oriented.
  • You’re proactive and collaborative — someone who builds strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and media partners.
