What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver data-driven direct marketing initiatives that grow category and customer value, with a strong focus on end-to-end competition delivery. You’ll support delivery planning and timelines to ensure competitions and tactical campaigns are executed on time, working closely with Cartology and WooliesX teams to create efficient, streamlined processes.

Using customer insights and loyalty capabilities, you’ll help drive world-class data-led marketing outcomes while contributing to a culture of disciplined innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Cartology and WooliesX to ensure strong strategic alignment and impactful delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create data driven, direct marketing activities to grow category and customer value.
  • Support in the  development of delivery plans and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and implementation of tactical action plans.
  • Work to create efficient end-to-end execution processes with the wider Cartology & WooliesX teams.
  • Utilise insights and leverage loyalty team capability to drive world class data driven marketing.
  • Contribute to  a culture of disciplined innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic alignment & stakeholder management across Cartology and WooliesX.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in direct and digital marketing, including CRM and data-driven, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proven ability to implement, manage and optimise digital media, with knowledge of programmatic, paid search and SEO.
  • Strong experience working with customer data, including segmentation, predictive modelling and insight-led decision making.
  • Demonstrated success managing campaigns in complex stakeholder environments, including external agencies and vendors.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Results-driven self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure.
