The Role
This is a temporary position until the end of 2026, with possibility for
extension.
As Digital Campaign Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of
advertising campaigns across Are Media’s digital platforms, ensuring every
campaign launches smoothly, performs against its objectives and delivers a great
experience for our clients.
Working closely with Sales, Project Executives and Content Partnerships, you’ll
turn campaign requirements into well-executed plans while using performance
data, proactive optimisation and strong stakeholder coordination to achieve the
best possible outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
* Manage the end-to-end setup, trafficking, pacing and delivery of digital
campaigns across display, video, native, EDM and other channels.
* Monitor and optimise live campaigns, proactively resolving delivery issues to
achieve booked objectives and performance targets.
* Partner with Sales and internal teams to coordinate timelines, assets,
approvals and campaign readiness.
* Deliver accurate mid- and post-campaign reporting, translating performance
data into clear insights and recommendations.
* Maintain accurate campaign records, support billing and reconciliation, and
identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
About you
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* 2–4 years’ experience in digital campaign management, ad operations or
trafficking within a publisher, agency or ad tech environment.
* Strong knowledge of ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager and
digital campaign delivery across multiple formats.
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage
multiple campaigns and competing deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to
troubleshoot delivery issues and interpret campaign performance.
* Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience
partnering across Sales, Ad Operations, Production, clients or agencies.
