In this fast-paced role, you'll take full ownership of client management by aligning on campaign deliverables and ensure they meet expectations, deadlines, and quality standards to keep, maintain and growth clients.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Own and manage client relationships as the primary day-to-day contact
- Process, Process, Process. You understand the value of running a tight ship, especially when meeting daily deadlines.
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns
- Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal specialists to align strategy and delivery
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project execution with precision
- Maintain high-level communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms, and ad tech developments.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES
Take full ownership of campaign deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations, deadlines, and quality standards. This includes overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle from planning to execution and delivering post-campaign analysis.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across various platforms, including Paid Search, Programmatic, and Social Media, to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.
Analyse performance data to deliver actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and optimization of campaigns.
Collaborate with internal specialists, including creative, technical, and strategic teams, to align strategy and delivery, ensuring cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
Manage budgets, timelines, and project execution with precision, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Maintain high-level communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on campaign goals, progress, and outcomes.
Provide regular updates and feedback to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, third-party suppliers, and external agencies.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Work to create efficient and effective systems to deliver exceptional outcomes and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Min 2-year experience in a digital media agency or within an in-house role.
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Experience in working with specialist team members.
- Experience in digital planning, a solid grasp of data and media performance.
- Ability to work effectively within project management tools and systems.
- Organisational superpowers and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
