What your typical day will look like
We are seeking a detail-oriented, financially astute Operations Executive to join our B2B Media team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising the operational processes related to the financial management and billing activity for a large-scale global client. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong analytical abilities, an eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients regional/global teams.
Key responsibilities include
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and accurately our finance and billings tool (Prisma) including, but not limited to, set up of campaigns, postings, authorisations and reconciliations.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline account operations and create efficiencies.
- Analyse account data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing billing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on account performance and operational metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including financial ops, media operations, and planning
- Ensure all account activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
A bit about you
- Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce, accounting, finance or similar field.
- Experience in account management or operations in a media agency or similar environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel Skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
