The Breakdown:

Burton Austraia is looking for a Dealer Services Rep & Sales Coordinator to be the frontline support for our dealer network and sales team. This role is the first point of contact for retailers and general enquiries, playing a critical part in keeping sales operations running smoothly.

You will provide day-to-day support to Dealers, Area Managers, the Sales Director and the wider Dealer Services team troubleshooting sales related issues, managing orders, coordinating samples and showrooms, and supporting key sales initiatives. This is a hands on, fast paced role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working with people.

What you get to do: (other duties may be assigned)

  • Servicing Area Managers and retailers with order and product enquiries in a swift and efficient manner.
  • All inbound and outbound call management.
  • Assist with Elastic management – releasing orders, reviewing reorder and indent orders.
  • Daily adhoc reporting for Management and Sales Team, eg. customer confirmation reports, barcode files, material reporting.
  • Demo fleet management – assist with new seasons demo ordering, fleet management and demo preparation for annual in-season winter demos.
  • Cash Sale order management.
  • Assist with Sales inbox.
  • Authorise and issue manual invoices and credits.
  • Manage VDO (Year ahead) boards for the upcoming year, including creating manual order forms, collating data, placing orders, comparisons, reporting, and maintenance using V-lookup and Pivot tables.
  • Collaborate with logistics team to coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Sample and Showroom management – Elastic order entry, unpacking samples, setting up showroom in catalog order during sell-in periods and continued maintenance of the showroom.
  • Attending and assisting with sales events such as Trade Show, Clinics, Showings and demos as required.
  • Research & tracking of shortages, over shipments & discounts.
  • Perform order management tasks and agreement creation as required by the Dealer Services and/or Operations team.
  • Assist with sales programs & sales applications.
  • Assist with returns entry through the Dealer Returns in Transit tool.
  • Assist the Dealer Services team in day-to-day tasks where required.
  • Assist with pricing file creation as necessary and/or when new products are added.
  • Assist Senior Merchandising Officer with forecasting file preparation and dissemination.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager with warranty support as needed.
