As our CRM Campaign Manager, reporting to the Group Manager CRM Operations, you
will support design and delivery of targeted CRM campaigns that drive
visitation, engagement and revenue from The Star’s loyalty member base. You will
own campaign ideation through to execution – working cross-functionally to bring
data-led strategies to life across direct channels – eDM, SMS, Push to App and
direct mail.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a key role in driving
measurable commercial outcomes for The Star's world-class destinations - Sydney,
Gold Coast and Brisbane.

A few of your responsibilities

  • Develop targeted campaign strategies based on customer behaviour and insights
  • Design compelling offer mechanics to drive trips and spend
  • Translate campaign ideas into clear data and creative briefs
  • Partner with your technical CRM team mates to deliver campaigns via
    Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Support day-to-day campaign execution across all direct channels

What we are looking for

  • Experience in CRM, lifecycle or loyalty marketing strategy
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on campaign delivery
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce
    Marketing Cloud – whilst this is not a hands-on technical role, understanding
    such tools is a must
  • Excellent briefing and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
