YOUR ROLE
As the Insights lead for EMEA, you will translate communications strategy into actionable reporting, analysis, and insights. You will serve as a strategic partner to Media Relations colleagues across the region — helping them define what success looks like, understand performance drivers, and apply insights to strengthen planning, storytelling, and execution. You will also collaborate with global Insights teammates to ensure alignment on methodologies, tools, taxonomies, and best practices. A strong sense of curiosity, critical thinking, and relationship building will be essential, along with a passion for uncovering the “why” behind the data.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Significant years of experience in communications, media, insights, or research roles.
- Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data to develop insights.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable takeaways.
- Proven ability to collaborate across time zones and matrixed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders.
