Contract Product Manager/Senior Manager, Digital and Media

What the role is

As consumers increasingly turn to multiple digital channels for travel information, it is essential for STB to stay relevant and continue to the evolving needs of our target audience within the digital ecosystem. The VisitSingapore.com leisure website (VS.com) serves as STB’s primary digital platform and authoritative source of destination information for international travelers, with the aim to inform, inspire and drive leisure visitors closer to considering Singapore as their choice travel destination. The VS.com leisure website has global reach and is available in English and seven other local languages to serve STB's key markets. The contract manager will be responsible for the planning and implementation of key workstreams under the broader VS.com Leisure roadmap across our global English and language market sites.

What you will be working on

Planning and implementation of key workstreams under the broader VS.com Leisure roadmap across our global English and language market sites. This includes:

  • Planning and rolling out enhancements (e.g. AI features) for the site to stay abreast of evolving consumer trends and user behaviours;
  • Ensuring the site is able to meet key business and marketing outcomes while remaining compliant with security, privacy and data requirements;
  • Monitoring and analysing site data to implement impactful optimisations to improve site performance and user experience;
  • Supporting user insights generation by analysing user behaviour on the site;
  • Overseeing workflow processes relating to the site’s integration with an external platform which manages our translation workflow;
  • Covering administrative responsibilities relating to the site (e.g. contract management, licensing, security housekeeping, execution of user acceptance testing, etc.).

What we are looking for

Strong project management, analytical and communication skills required. Background in overseeing web channels and software products with focus on developing a holistic channel strategy to meet business and marketing objectives, and harness strong synergies with other digital platforms. E.g. enhancement of UX/UI (front-end and back-end) for responsive websites, scaling up ecosystem with relevant tech stacks, creating new user purpose and experience through new technologies and betas, etc. Ability to establish and implement best practices and principles for site design, cross devices/screens/operating systems/servers/tech stacks/web environments. Experience in web front/ backend development is a plus. Strong experience as a product manager working with various audience segments/end-users. Strong experience in leveraging data and analytics to solve business problems, including familiarity with Adobe Analytics to track site performance. Strong experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and using key collaboration tools. Working knowledge of web analytics tools, and other relevant tech stack (e.g. CMS, CRM, etc.) in the enhancement of UX/UI and overall site/content deliveries. Direct experience in managing Adobe Experience Cloud (including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform) is a plus. Strong project management skills, with experience in multi-market and agencies management. Strong communication and presentations skills. Passion for technology and digital marketing. A strong team player with proven track record. At least 3 years of relevant experience in website development/management, preferably managing a large scale global digital channel. Education in Computer Science, Communication Design, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
