Content Specialist (International Market)

Job Description
Conduct deep research on the US/EU markets to identify high-potential ideas for the publishing industry.
Read and analyze market data charts, sales performance, and consumer behavior to validate the viability of new product concepts.
Create clear and visually aligned idea briefs (mood boards) that define the aesthetic direction for designers and illustrators.
Work closely with the Design/Illustration team to ensure the final product matches the researched concept and meets deadlines.
Ensure all ideas and products comply with international copyright regulations and publishing standards.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience in book editor, market research, product development, or creative roles (Priority for candidates from POD, E-commerce, or International Publishing backgrounds).
• Ability to read charts, analyze data trends, and turn raw data into actionable product ideas.
• Deep understanding of Western culture and aesthetic preferences.
• Excellent reading and writing skills to research international materials.
• Basic command of Photoshop (PTS), Illustrator (AI), and office software.
• Knowledge of copyright regulations, international publishing standards, and familiarity with the US–UK markets is a plus.
