What your day job looks like at WPP Media:
Strategy & Planning
- Define KOL/advocacy strategy aligned with brand objectives (awareness, engagement, conversion, loyalty).
- Map out KOL tiers (mega, macro, micro, nano, consumer advocates) and assign roles across the funnel.
- Identify platform focus (TikTok, IG, YouTube, live commerce) and content formats.
- Plan annual & campaign-level calendars with KOL integration (festive, launches, always-on).
KOL Identification & Selection
- KOL content and approach that match brand values, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Ensure diversity of voices (beauty experts, lifestyle, niche subcultures, UGC creators).
- Benchmark cost efficiency (CPV, CPE, EMV) and past performance.
Briefing & Content Direction
- Develop creative briefs & strategy tailored to KOL strengths.
- Align storytelling with brand/product messaging while keeping authenticity.
- Guide KOLs on content formats (GRWM, tutorials, reviews, challenges).
- Ensure content localization & cultural relevance.
Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate campaign roll-out across multiple KOLs/platforms.
- Work with cross-teams (media, social, e-comm, PR) for integrated amplification.
- Support live activations or IRL KOL events.
Measurement & Optimization
- Track KPIs: reach, engagement, EMV, conversions, KOL impact.
- Compare performance vs benchmarks & SPLY (same period last year).
- Identify top-performing creators and formats for future reuse.
- Provide actionable insights & optimization for upcoming campaigns.
Innovation & Growth
- Spot new KOL trends (e.g., TikTok subcultures, AI influencers, affiliate models).
- Propose new partnership formats (IP sponsorship, branded content series, co-creation).
- Scale KOL by linking KOL programs to CRM, affiliate, and loyalty.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience in Content / Social media in client servicing role
- Professionals having a blend of strategic thought process, a creative point of view & business quotient to drive content projects
- Experience in advertising management and people’s skills to build equity with partners
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience e.g. account executive, strategic planner, media planner, social planner
- Experience in marketing field, social platform and advertising agency e.g. branding, social, KOL or media agency are preferable
- Good communication skills in English
