This role suits someone who moves fast, enjoys experimenting with content formats, understands internet culture, and thrives in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Pitch and execute creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and trends
- Appear confidently on camera for day-in-the-life content, skits, product demonstrations, and social-first campaigns
- Film and edit content across different locations, including office, on-site, and outdoor environments
- Stay up to date with platform trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles
- Manage and maintain a consistent content posting schedule
- Edit videos including cuts, captions, pacing, transitions, and audio syncing
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to bring campaigns and content ideas to life
- Optimise content based on platform performance and engagement trends
- Capture authentic customer stories, behind-the-scenes footage, and team culture content
- Support brand growth through creative storytelling and audience engagement
