Content and Social Media Lead - Talent Attraction

Role description:
The Content and Social Media Lead within the People function will develop and drive strategic content and social media initiatives to attract, engage, and retain talent. This role ensures that internal and external communications reflect Arcadis’s employer brand, culture, and values. This role sits within the Employer brand team within TA - it only operates to support employer brand and talent attraction activity.
This role will be reporting to the Employer Brand & TA Attraction Director.
Role accountabilities:
- Content Creation and Copywriting
Create and oversee employer brand content across global channels, including the careers website, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), email communications, blogs, online events, Glassdoor, Indeed, and employer brand and talent attraction collateral (digital and print).
Produce high-quality content that translates complex business and people topics into clear, engaging employer brand narratives.
Provide ad hoc support for senior leaders for talent related social media posts.
Ensure all content aligns with the global Employee Value Proposition and reflects a consistent Arcadis employer brand and tone of voice, while allowing for regional and audience-specific relevance.
Partner with relevant Marcomms teams on content creation, approval and sign off. - Platform & Channel Management
Manage key employer brand platforms, ensuring content is updated, accurate, consistent, and aligned with Arcadis’ brand and tone of voice. (Career website, LinkedIn life pages, Glassdoor profiles for both global and regional pages). - Global Employer Brand Initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams on Employer Brand initiatives ie. Employer brand ambassador and Alumni programs. - Social Media Strategy & Community Management
Input and execute the global employer brand social media content strategy.
Lead content planning, scheduling, and optimization across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Use audience insights and performance data to refine content strategy, channel approach and to drive engagement. - CRM Campaign & Event Management
Create copy for campaign content, templates, and assets to support global and regional teams. - Brand Governance & Guidelines
Act as global employer custodian, ensuring employer brand guidelines and EVP are consistently applied across all platforms and regions, with room for local nuance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related business discipline.
- 3-5 years’ experience in content creation and social media management —preferably within HR or People functions.
- Strong storytelling skills with a focus on employer branding and employee talent attraction.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital communications.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
