Content and Planning Researcher

  • Contract - 12 months
  • Salary Circa $107K p.a. + 15.4% ABC nominated superannuation.
  • The Role

    Our content division is looking for a Content and Planning Researcher to provide vital, high-level administration, research and communication support to both the Head Content Strategy and Planning and the Chief Content Officer. The role will include but not be limited to:

    • The collation of information, creation and drafting of presentations for Board Reports, Annual Reporting, Briefing papers and Business Plans, speeches and other corporate and divisional reporting.
    • Planning and managing visual and written presentations, key events, and other projects and initiatives.
    • Preparing and managing internal communications and high-level communications and correspondence for the CCO and the Content Leadership Team.

    About You

    You will have extensive experience providing high level administrative support and related services to senior leaders and also bring:

    • Excellent broad writing, deck presentation design and communications skills with proven experience in researching, writing, preparing documents including design that presents accurate and insightful reports to key stakeholders with the ability to distil complex information into summary briefings. 
    • High level relationship management skills, including the ability to negotiate, influence and deal effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Highly advanced analytical skills with an ability to make strategic judgements and demonstrated initiative with effective liaison skills.
    • Advanced skills in the use in of Microsoft Office suite including technical expertise across software and tools such as canva and Sharepoint
    • Strong planning and organisational abilities with a fastidious approach to attention to detail, and an in depth understanding of the current Australian media landscape.
