Overview
In charge of critical project running, such as content management(live-stream, seeding, etc.), CRM management, data analysis. Make sure those projects are base on business needs and manage agency to deliver qualified results.
Responsibilities
- Building and developing CRM model to drive CLV in key platforms by leveraging multiple consumer operation tools base on product/channel attributes/insights. Influencing key customer on advanced tactics to recruit and reach consumer for mutual business goal.
- Develop content for live-stream/seeding page at customers’ digital platforms, lead content agency in improving live-stream/content efficiency and business output.
- Flawless Data collection and analysis report base on business needs
- Prepare weekly/monthly review report on time and accurately.
- Work closely with sales team to understand their business needs on data develop templates for different users and maintain/improve the effectiveness
- Ensure MTMC/DDMC supply chain strategy & initiatives implement smoothly. Support MTMC/DDMC supply chain projects such as 前置仓, etc.
- Work with internal supply chain team , order handling team to improve OFR, in stock rate, DOH. Product supply coordinator.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Good English in both oral and written.
- Effective communication and influencing skill.
- Open and optimistic with entrepreneurship.
- Can work under pressure
- 3-5 years of related experience
