What you’ll contribute to
As a Communications Officer (Digital), you’ll play a key part in bringing our Digital Customer Experience strategy to life—crafting engaging content, connecting stakeholders, and showcasing progress across our digital ecosystem. This is a full-time, 12 months max-term position based at CHQ in Port Melbourne.
How you’ll make an impact
- Bring our 2030 Digital Customer Experience Roadmap to life by creating clear, engaging communications that align stakeholders and drive understanding
- Turn data into stories—supporting KPI reporting and insights to highlight performance and opportunities across digital platforms
- Help coordinate Digital Subcommittee forums, ensuring seamless delivery of meetings, materials, and communications
- Support the business with accurate reporting and forward planning, contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities
- Contribute to the Digital Experience Obeya, preparing visual updates that keep teams aligned and informed
- Play a key role in shaping how we communicate digital transformation and customer experience initiatives

- Degree in Business or marketing or equivalent experience
- A natural flair for storytelling and communication, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of ownership and accountability
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A genuine interest in digital platforms, marketing, and customer experience trends
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A drive for continuous improvement and personal development
