About the Opportunity

The Brag Media is a leading media company within the space of culture. We are looking for a Client Project Director to join us and play a key role in overseeing, managing, producing and executing client integrated advertising campaigns that involve films, photoshoots, content, talent and events.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with producers, designers, strategists, freelancers, editorial, event managers and partnerships to ensure seamless execution of campaigns as promised.

You will be the key point of client contact post-sale and responsible for delivering exceptional service through the smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of campaigns from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Plan out, manage and produce integrated campaigns and production end to end.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external teams to develop effective timelines and SLA schedules.
  • Prioritise executional actions and manage bottlenecks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate project status across both internal and external teams; production, events etc.
  • Provide exceptional relationship management to clients and partners.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all The Brag Media departments, clients and suppliers.
  • Identify and resolve campaign issues and consider the interests of all stakeholders involved.
  • Be solutions focused and proactively manage stakeholder expectations and needs.
  • Ensure client campaign objectives are delivered, outputs of highest quality and client satisfaction is maintained.

Qualifications

  • Must have 6 years+ of experience in the advertising or media industry working at a media agency, publisher or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of the media and production operational process.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on managing micro tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle a sporadic workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, project management skills.
