What You’ll Do

 

Working as part of the high performing sales team, the Client Partnerships Executive will be tasked with providing support to the sales team in managing client relationships and work with the wider business to deliver campaigns from brief through to results for suppliers in the pet and baby category. You will be responsible for:
 

  • Partner with Sales & Strategy, Cartology Operations, Solutions & Product, Insights & Data Analysts to deliver valuable outcomes for our client

  • Partner with Sales & Strategy, Cartology Operations, Solutions & Product, Insights & Data Analysts to deliver valuable outcomes for our clients
  • Manage compliance reporting, handle client post-campaign reports, and billing and account queries
  • Act as the main sales contact for campaign delivery and incoming client inquiries
  • Support the team with data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation and assist in pipeline management
  • Provide administrative support to the client partnerships team to enable them to achieve their targets
  • Provide assistance with ad hoc support / requests on projects or other duties that arise

What You’ll Bring

 

  • Experience in a sales support or customer support/service role preferably within the media or tech industry with a start up mentality
  • Strong communication skills to manage, influence and negotiate with a diverse stakeholder network
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, planning & delivery skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to translate online performance metrics into commercial business metrics
  • Competent with technology and comfortable learning new platforms. We operate in the Google Suite environment
  • Agile mindset with willingness to learn and adapt quickly
