Client Coordinator

As a Client Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that keeps the team together – the go-to person making sure media campaigns run smoothly and deliver impact. You’ll play a crucial support role across the full campaign lifecycle, with responsibilities including:

• Campaign Support
• Material Instructions/Creative Specs
• Trafficking (all platforms)
• Reporting
• Competitive
• General Agency Processes

This is an entry-level position – perfect for a curious, motivated graduate who’s ready to dive into the media world. No industry experience is required, but you must share Kaimera’s core values of Trust, Agility, and Passion.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working with numbers

• Capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• A team player who can also work independently when needed

Proven experience and confidence using Excel and PowerPoint will be highly a big plus!
