Client & Content Solutions Specialist

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for someone passionate about radio who wants to work with a fun, hard-working team at the Christchurch NZME office.
Working with some of New Zealand’s hottest brands like ZM, The Hits and Radio Hauraki, you'll create and execute commercial integration campaigns for the lower South Island, driving revenue by developing engaging local content solutions in response to client briefs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Commercial Integration Brief Responses:
  Respond to local sales briefs for our South Island markets, liaising with Account Managers and brainstorming as required with the station content teams to come up with solutions that drive both audience and revenue targets.
• Campaign Implementation:
  Execute sold campaigns, ensuring they meet both commercial and content objectives
• Project manage sampling, on-sites and activations, including hiring and briefing casual staff
• Sponsorship Management:
  Maintain up-to-date sponsorship collateral
  Manage sponsorship renewals, ensuring sales teams are kept informed of opportunities as they become available
  Ensure sponsorship credits are recorded and broadcast on schedule
• Post-Campaign Reporting:
  Deliver comprehensive post-campaign analysis reports
  Work with Account Managers to secure repeat business from clients

ABOUT YOU:

Communications, media or broadcasting qualification or previous experience in the radio industry (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, commercially savvy and customer-centric
A creative thinker and proactive problem solver!
