The Opportunity

The Change Manager for Digital Innovation and Technology will play a critical role in enabling successful business and IT transformation by managing change impacts across the application landscape within the zone.
Reporting to the Digital Transformation Program Manager as part of the Pacific project team, the role is accountable for assessing the current (“As-Is”) application landscape, mapping it to the target (“To-Be”) architecture, and identifying transformation impacts and change activities required to support adoption, minimize disruption, and deliver value.

  • Partner closely with Program Management, IT, Business Leaders, and Global Transformation teams to ensure change is structured, well-communicated, and embedded sustainably across the organization.
  • Support change communications and training activities linked to application
  • Engage business and IT stakeholders to build understanding of the program and its value
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support change impact assessments and readiness

The role can be located in either Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and offers a hybrid working model with flexibility.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ yrs experience in Change Management, Application Transformation, or ERP / Digital Transformation programs.
  • Proven experience working in complex, multi‑system environments.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong stakeholder and change management capability, excellent communication and facilitation skills, structured analytical mindset and strong project delivery experience.
  • Understanding of enterprise application landscapes (ERP, CRM, integrations); experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP environments is preferred.
