In this entry-level role, you’ll work closely with the Campaign Delivery Executives, the Seven Managed Services (SMS) offshore team, and report directly to the Campaign Delivery and Optimisation Manager in Eveleigh, Sydney.

- Accurately accept and validate client campaigns in line with internal policies and tools, with guidance from your manager.
- Utilise Salesforce, Landmark, and other tools to support the day-to-day management and tracking of advertising campaigns.
- Provide clear direction to the SMS offshore team regarding campaign deliverables and deadlines.
- Communicate proactively with sales and other internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and in compliance with TV advertising rules.

- Previous experience in customer service or sales support, with familiarity using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Experience in administration or office-based roles, with strong organisational skills.
- Proven ability to work to daily deadlines with accuracy, demonstrating professionalism and reliability.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of the Australian television media landscape, including an understanding of TV ratings processes and metrics, would be beneficial but not essential.
