What you'll be doing

Working closely with our Business Development & Marketing Advisors, Partners and technical specialists, you'll:

• Coordinate and deliver client events, conferences, sponsorships and webinars that strengthen client relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Support the creation of proposals, tenders and capability statements that help win new business.
• Write and develop engaging content including client communications, website content, social media posts and marketing collateral.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and support digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market and client research to support business development opportunities.
• Coordinate event logistics, invitations, attendee communications and post-event reporting.
• Maintain and enhance our CRM and marketing databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure a consistent and professional brand experience.

We're looking for someone who

• Has experience working in a professional services firm (accounting, legal, consulting, engineering, property, financial services or similar).
• Loves organising events and creating memorable client experiences with an exception eye for detail.
• Enjoys juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Has experience supporting proposals, tenders or business development initiatives.
• Is proactive, highly organised and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Brings energy, initiative and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
• Has experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
