Brand Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy Execution
Support the development and implementation of Mucosolvan’s launch communication plan, including brand positioning, core messaging, media execution, and in‑store/OTC promotional activities; Assist in localized creative content development and promotional material management, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and tone of voice.
2. Channel & Point‑of‑Sale Activation
Work closely with the sales team to drive pharmacy channel launch activities, such as merchandising, promoter training, and sell‑out incentive programs; Support the planning and execution of out‑of‑hospital market education initiatives to enhance pharmacists’ and physicians’ awareness and recommendation of the brand.
3. Data & Insights Support
Track key brand KPIs (e.g. awareness, conversion, sell‑out performance, ROI) and analyze the effectiveness of media investment and marketing initiatives; Regularly deliver market insights and competitive intelligence reports, providing recommendations for strategy optimization.
4. Project Management & Collaboration
Coordinate effectively with internal cross‑functional teams (e.g. Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and external partners (e.g. agencies, PR, media, research); Manage budgets and timelines to ensure on‑time, high‑quality project delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business or related fields preferred; Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical OTC brand/marketing roles; experience with product launches or cross‑functional projects is a plus; Strong understanding of Chinese consumer insights and the retail ecosystem, especially pharmacy and health categories; Excellent communication skills and execution capability, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with basic data analysis skills; Fluent in English (spoken and written), able to collaborate smoothly with global teams.
